Hi there, My name is David Kovalevich and this page is dedicated solely to sharing how Kova Design became a reality. I'll share moments from my personal life but also a small part of the vision & direction we are headed in.
I got into the world of software development about seven years ago (2015). It all started when I took a web design class in high school. I had no idea what I was doing but I was willing to learn.
Passion will create desire that will always drive you forward
Simply being passionate my knowledge began to grow because of the hours spent coding. Little did I know what this could become.
Fast forward, I went to college and got my bachelors in software development. I graduated in 2020, yes in the midst of Covid-19. Before getting my degree I was already helping people with their website needs and by word of mouth I had people begin to reach out to me.
In September 2020 I went to a Bible college called Kingdom Domain College located in Sacramento, California. To be more accurate, it is in Rancho Cordova but I lived in Sacramento. I freelanced during my free time and the people I helped began to grow.
God began to give me ideas and show me what this could become. I felt that He wanted me to open a company and begin to help the local community. Helping people close to you is great but we need to use our gifting to become an answer to this world and not just our close ones.
Slowly but surely I began to put things together. I had the domain name ready, I had the hosting, and I had the knowledge to build websites. Kova Design became a reality March 24th, 2022.
The name “Kova” comes from my last name of Kovalevich and design is what we do. Web design, graphic design, website development & search engine optimization.
Kova Design is more than just a company, it’s a platform. It is my desire to help those in need and to activate people in their gifting. If you’re a developer, designer, or SEO expert you can join our team.
By answers, I mean results.
You can have a beautiful website but that doesn’t mean anyone will be able to find you. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is key in today’s market.
